How soon should we book our wedding planner?
We recommend booking your wedding planner at least one year prior to your wedding date. Our calendar fills well in advance, and securing your planner early allows for a more seamless and intentional planning experience. For the greatest level of availability and creative freedom, booking 12 to 18 months in advance is ideal. If your wedding is less than a year away, we still encourage you to inquire, as select dates may be available.
How soon does wedding planning begin after booking?
Once your agreement is finalized, we schedule an onboarding meeting within approximately two weeks. From there, planning begins immediately. This includes site visits, design development, tastings, and the strategic planning required to execute a highly personalized and well-orchestrated event.
Do you only plan weddings in Napa, California?
We plan weddings both nationally and internationally. Napa is close to home and naturally attracts many of our clients, which is why a significant portion of our work takes place there. That said, we are always thrilled to plan celebrations wherever your vision takes us.
Do we need to have our wedding venue chosen before booking?
No, a venue does not need to be secured prior to booking with us. We bring extensive knowledge of venues and understand how each functions in practice, including layout, logistics, and overall guest experience. While no venue is without limitations, we help you identify the option that best aligns with your vision, priorities, and investment level.
If your venue is already selected, we will seamlessly step in and begin refining the planning and design process. We are experienced in working at established venues, new properties, and private estates.
How do you determine the design direction for our wedding?
Our approach to design is deeply personal and intentional. We begin by learning about you as a couple, your story, your lifestyle, and the experiences that matter most to you. From travels and traditions to aesthetic preferences and atmosphere, every detail informs the creative direction.
We translate these elements into a cohesive design that feels elevated, refined, and distinctly yours, ensuring your wedding feels like a true reflection of who you are.

What if you haven’t worked at our wedding venue before, should we be concerned?
Not at all. We regularly work in new venues and private residences and approach every location with the same level of diligence and preparation. We conduct comprehensive site visits and collaborate closely with venue teams to ensure all logistics are thoughtfully addressed. Even at venues we know well, we stay current on regulations and operational updates, as these can evolve year to year.
Do you only work with specific vendors?
We value collaboration and maintain strong relationships with an exceptional network of industry professionals. While we are open to working with new vendors, we are highly selective when assembling your team. Each vendor must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to execute at the highest level within a complex and carefully timed event. Our recommendations are made thoughtfully, with your experience and investment at the forefront, ensuring every partner contributes to a seamless and elevated wedding day.

We plan and produce your full wedding weekend—from rehearsal dinners and welcome parties to the wedding day and farewell celebrations—creating a seamless experience for you and your guests.
