A Fashion - Forward Wedding Weekend at Stanly Ranch, Napa Valley
Few destinations embody the romance and effortless luxury of Northern California wedding weekends quite like Stanly Ranch in Napa Valley, and for Corinne and Matt, it was the dream setting to bring their vision to life. Tucked among vineyards and rolling hills, Stanly Ranch offered the perfect combination of destination-level beauty with close-to-home convenience for their Bay Area community. And with the expert production, planning, and floral design of CLE House, every moment—from welcome party to last dance—was executed with unmatched creativity and intention.
How It All Began
Corinne and Matt’s love story started in the most classic way: a happenstance meeting at a bar during their senior year of college. He asked for her number, she wasn’t sure she’d ever hear from him again—and then fate stepped in. His college golf team’s frequent travel through her campus gave them the chance to reconnect, and very quickly, their story took off. As Corinne says: “The rest really is history.”
Choosing Napa Valley for Their Wedding Weekend
Northern California weddings often lean on the region’s natural beauty, but Napa Valley holds a special kind of magic. For Corinne and Matt, Stanly Ranch offered everything they wanted: stunning landscapes, elevated dining, luxurious accommodations, and the perfect balance of a destination feel without the logistical hurdles. With friends and family traveling from the Bay Area, the East Coast, Thailand, and Australia, it truly became a global reunion grounded in wine-country warmth.
A Welcome Party Infused With Personality
The festivities began on property with an unforgettable rehearsal dinner and welcome party at The Grange, Stanly Ranch’s working culinary garden. With ingredients harvested steps away from the table, Corinne leaned into a garden-to-table theme inspired by the aesthetic of Nancy Meyers—particularly the iconic Napa scenes from The Parent Trap.
CLE House transformed the space with thoughtful touches, including a picturesque bike overflowing with flowers and a charming “Farmer’s Market” style gift station. Guests were greeted with lavender lemonade, a nod to California’s citrus-kissed summer lifestyle.
Corinne wore a stunning Monique Lhuillier dress for the welcome party, paired with a whimsical Cult Gaia purse that became an instant conversation piece - and even served as a makeshift bouquet during the ceremony walk-through.

Matt’s Style:
Equally stylish, the groom wore a sharply tailored Tom Ford tuxedo, paired with Louis Vuitton shoes—effortless, modern sophistication. For the welcome party, he incorporated pieces from Tom Ford and Ralph Lauren, setting a polished, elevated tone for the weekend.
A Ceremony Filled with Meaning
Corinne and Matt chose 5:30 PM for their ceremony start time to honor a longstanding superstition in Matt’s family: exchanging vows when the minute hand is moving “upward” on the clock, symbolizing good luck and a marriage that grows “up and to the right.”
Their flower girl—the adorable daughter of a groomsman—provided the sweetest moment of the day, placing petals back into her basket instead of scattering them. Her dad lovingly carried her down the aisle, proving that the most unplanned moments often become the most cherished.
Reception Details that Delighted
Corinne’s favorite detail? The chandelier hangers and banquette seating, a brilliant design idea from her mother and beautifully executed by CLE House. These elements added dimension, intimacy, and romantic drama to the space—perfect examples of why wedding planning in Northern California thrives on creativity and environment-driven design.
On the dance floor, guests received custom tambourines—a fun, unexpected alternative to glow wands or LED props. They became instant keepsakes and ignited pure, joyful chaos throughout the night.
